Two-day cross-border awareness-raising activities on gender-based violence/sexual violence/sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment of adolescent girls and young women and keeping our girls in school concluded on Thursday, September 5th, at Dasilameh Village, in Brikama South, in the West Coast Region.
The two-day cross-border awareness-raising activities were jointly organized by the MoGCSW in partnership with TOSTAN Gambia and Senegal with support from the SWEDD+ project.
Communities’ engagement in raising cross-border awareness of GVB will not only reduce GBV but also promote cross-border community cohesion in The Gambia and Senegal.
